Refund policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• In the original packaging, where applicable
• Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of wear
• Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not charge restocking fees.

If we made an error with your order or the item arrived damaged or defective, we will provide instructions for resolving the issue and, where appropriate, cover the applicable return shipping costs.
